How many people can simultaneously skinny-dip across North America? Nudists across the continent plan to find out. AANR is coordinating skinny dipping events at participating clubs and legally sanctioned nude beaches throughout North America on Saturday July 11, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. ET
If you are planning on participating in The World Record Skinny-Dip event, please email Whispering Pines from the "Contact Us" page on the website before July 9 or call the office at 910-287-6404 between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM before July 9. It is not mandatory, however by doing so it will help expedite your entry process. The gates will be open at 12 noon and close at 2:30 PM.

Whispering Pines Nudist Resort and Campgrounds is situated in a peaceful woodland setting eleven miles from the ocean in Ocean Isle Beach, NC fifty miles south of Wilmington, NC and fifteen miles north of North Myrtle Beach, SC (Ocean Drive)

Activities at Whispering Pines include pig pickings, pot luck dinners, pool and sand volleyball, horseshoes, bingo, campfire gatherings and member dances on Saturday nights year 'round. Whispering Pines offers fully furnished spacious and air conditioned Park Model RV's that sleeps two to six with living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, shower, sun decks plus RV spaces with hook ups and tent campsites with and without electricity.

Whispering Pines facilities are located on a thirty five acre park with wooded nature trails and a one acre lake with a swimming pool, a 30 X 100 heated and air conditioned clubhouse that is open year 'round, fully furnished modern rental units, campsites with and without electricity, RV hookups, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard and spacious shaded picnic areas.
