From Wilmington, NC - Follow Highway 17 South for approximately 45 miles to the intersection of Highway 17 South and Highway 904. Turn right on 904 West.

From 904 West go about 1 1/2 miles and turn right on Russtown Road. On the corner will be a sign that says "Wards Construction"

From Russtown Road go to the second road on the right which is Richardson. Turn right on Richardson. Richardson is a  dead end road and the pavement will run out into a gravel road. Go all the way to the dead end of Richardson. At the dead end you will see a street sign that says Sun street. Turn right on Sun street, the entrance to Whispering Pines, and follow the driveway around to the gate. Use the phone at the gate to call the office for admittance. Driving time: Approximately 1 hour with no heavy traffic in Wilmington.

From Myrtle Beach, SC - From North Myrtle Beach go north on Highway 17 for 15 miles. Turn left on Highway 904 West.

From 904 West go about 1 1/2 miles and turn right on Russtown Road. On the corner will be a sign that says "Wards Construction"

From Charlotte, NC - Take the 74 East bypass to the Chadborne turnoff. Exit Highway 74 East bypass at Highway 410 to Chadborne, NC.

Go through Chadborne and bear left on the Highway 701 bypass. Follow the 701 bypass for about 2 miles and turn left on 904 East.

Follow 904 East for 29 miles. From 904 East turn left on Russtown Road. On the corner will be a sign that says "Wards Construction"

From Greensboro High Point and Winston Salem, NC - Get on the U.S. 220 bypass south. Follow 220 bypass to Rockingham, NC.

In Rockingham, cross over 74 business and continue on the 220 bypass south to the Highway 74 bypass.

Take the 74 East bypass for 73 miles to the Chadborne turnoff. Exit Highway 74 East at Highway 410 to Chadborne, NC.

Go through Chadborne and bear left on the Highway 701 bypass. Follow the 701 bypass for about 2 miles and turn left on 904 East. Follow 904 East for approximately 29 miles.

From 904 East turn left on Russtown Road. On the corner will be a sign that says "Wards Construction"
